General information about the payment methods

• Purchase on account

  Payment "on account" is reserved exclusively for public authorities, institutions (e.g. schools, hospitals) and commercial customers/companies (e.g. medical and physiotherapy practices). After checking the customer data, we reserve the right in individual cases to deliver only against prepayment by bank transfer.

• Prepayment by bank transfer

  Please note:
  1) As soon as we can book the receipt of payment, we will inform you about it automatically by email.
  2) that the processing of manually submitted bank transfers at your bank can take several days. To our relief, we ask you to refrain from emails or telephone inquiries to us in this regard.
  3) The receipt of payment on our account is decisive; scanned remittance slips or screenshots will not be accepted.

• Creditcard via PayPay

  Payment is possible without a PayPal account. If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract. Please note that some credit cards require the entry of your password (3D Secure Code).
